Dr. Diego Méndez Rosito is the Director of the Skull Base Clinic and the Pituitary Surgery Center in CMN 20 de Noviembre in Mexico City. He completed residency in the National Institute in Mexico City and was awarded with a CONACYT fellowship in Little Rock Arkansas.
He has special interest in skull base tumors. He shares the 360 degree philosophy to approach the pathology, using either endoscopic or open microsurgery according to the need of each case. He favors the use of extradural skull base approaches to access complex tumors.
Dr. Mendez Rosito is an active member of the NASBS, International Meningioma Society, SMCN and FLANC. He is the vice-president of the Skull Base Section in the Latin American Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (FLANC).
